Wife: Shirley Spencer of 52 years.
Bro. Bill is a graduate of Decatur Baptist College (now Dallas Baptist University, and Southwestern Baptist theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas.
As a pastor, he served the following churches. Ochelata, FBC, Eastside Baptist of Marietta, Trinity Baptist of Duncan, Hinton First Baptist Church and Arrow heights of Broken Arrow.
He then entered fulltime evangelism. He was with Billy Graham in the Crusade of the Americas. As an evangelist, he has led over 250 crusades throughout America and traveled extensively in 25 foreign countries, including the Bible lands. Bro. Bill has preached in some of the largest churches in the Southern Baptist Convention.
Bill has written two books entitled "Reach Higher" , and "The Greatest Secret". He has written articles for "Open Windows", "Upper Room", "Daily Blessing", "War Cry" publications and weekly newspaper articles. He has written the young adult Sunday School lessons for the Southern Baptist Sunday School Board.
He has been honored as the guest speaker at State and National Conferences and Conventions. He has been associated with some of the great preachers of the past, such as Billy Graham, W.A. Criswell, Adrian Rogers, Paul Harvey, Norman Vincent Peale, and others.
Graphic Communications graduate of Tri-County Technology Center. Jeff brings his knowledge in the Graphic Communications field into his ministry, in order to teach youth how to reach out to the world through technology (audio, video, web, etc.).
Also called to music, Jeff is formerly a member of the Christian rock band, Years of our Youth. Jeff is the founding member of the band, Adonai Effect; a praise & worship band with an edgy rock influence covering bands such as Charlie Hall, Rush of Fools, Hillsong United, etc. and currently working on producing their first album.
Jeff strongly believes in teaching youth what we as christians believe (theology) and why we believe it (apologetics), while striving to bring the knowledge of Christ Jesus' saving grace to all who will listen.
