CHURCH NEWS

As many of you know, the church suffered a major catastrophe when the building was struck by lightning and caught fire. The members rallied together and started construction on the Family Life Center to make it more condusive for worship. That work has since been completed and now Bluestem will have a beautiful Family Life Center to go with the new building when it is completed. The demolition of the old building has now been completed and we will keep you posted on the upcoming construction of the new building.  We thank all of you for your prayers and support.

     It can be a difficult process moving into a new area and locating a church that will serve you and your family and meet your needs all at the same time.  We believe our church has a wonderfully warm and welcoming congregation.  We are also a fun loving church with much to offer.

     As a church body, we are committed to the teaching of God's word as revealed through the Bible.

     Our desire is that everyone comes to know and trust in Christ; that they allow the leading of the Holy Spirit, and grow in a deep relationship with Him.

     We provide regular Bible study, teaching and preaching of the word and a special time of worship through music.  We provide opportunities for fellowship, prayer and outreach.  We have ministries for all ages, and teachers with experience.   

     It is our prayer that you find what you are looking for in a church where your family can worship with a glad and happy heart.  We do hope that after visiting with us that you are pleased with your visit to our church.
